Theme Update Fatal Error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare uncode_flatArray() (previously declared in /home/thickbla/public_html/tbf/wp-content/themes/uncode/core/inc/helpers.php:37) in /home/thickbla/public_html/tbf/wp-content/plugins/uncode-core/vc_extend/init.php on line 85

It seems that it's only updating the Main theme and not Child - it caused a fatal error after I updated it via Envato Toolkit. I reverted back to older version - and it fixed it. Please check!

After updating through Envato Toolkit there was a Error 500 (Internal Server Error) .
It was necessary to reinstall WP.
With what it can be connected and how it is correct to adjust updatings?

Hi,

Please can you tell me how the heck you create a testimonial. There is nothing in the instructions on how to do this and the demo content doesn't seem to import these?

Also how do you setup the 4 column footer, again, nothing in the demo / instruction files?

Any help greatly appreciated.

.footer-center padding css problem -any chance to assist ?

I tried several times to add some custom CSS to reduce the high of footer padding.

.footer-center {
padding-top:50px !important; padding-bottom:50px !important;
}

It does not work at all... could you please help me with it. ?:)
Where i did a mistake in code? I know thsi is not a bug... however... I hope that you can handle it within seconds... for me thsi is a Mount Everest :)

Hey Undsgn team,

I'm not sure how to set up the filters like in your demo Portofolio 1 or 2:

For the moment, my blog have menus and sub-menus. Like for "Partiiiies>Austria/Germany/France etc":

I would like to change this. I want the sub-menus to be filters (with the names of the cities and "show all".
So i'm thinking about creating a portofolio named "Partiiiies" (instead of the actual menu) and set up categories for each cities concerned.

Can i do this? Also I didn't really understand how to set up those categories/filters after the creation of a portofolio.

Could you help me please? :)

Fatal Error after working with Visual Composer

Hi guys,

sorry, but I have again an error. It was again after working with Visual Composer similar to the last error reported here:

Before it happened, I downloaded the newest update and it was remarkable, that all elements were located one after the other, not next to each other like it should be. Even when I used an existing template.
The error was caused, when I deleted all content using the classical modus and saved the page to try it with another template.

Uncode Plugin keeps shutting down my site

I have had to have Bluehost support reset your plugin twice now..

It keeps corrupting the site and making it so I can't even access my WP dashboard. Is this plugin absolutely necessary? If so I need a solution to this issue or else a refund is in order. I cannot use the theme or even my domain.

testimonial - how to make the picture bigger ?

I tried to put width and high in picture in my library but it does not work. The dimension of avator for testimonial is still too small for me.
May I use some custom code ti increase the size of these heads :)?

Sortable Portfolio w/ lightbox to videos?

I am trying to set up a portfolio page to look similar to the demo page “Portfolio Full Width Video.”
1. How do I make this sortable?
2. How do I fix the aspect ratio of the linked video – when the browser resizes, vimeo adds black bars to the sides or top and bottom, which isn’t right.
3. How can I get the videos to autoplay when the lightbox opens?

Hello,

I'm having trouble with the Creative Agency installation. I read all de documentation and followed the steps. But I dont' seem to get to the right results... All I got was a page with code... I probably miss some information in the docs, but before I got to the support I tried a lot. All I need is to install de Creative Agency (like in the live preview) and I'm going to start modifying from there. Sorry I could'nt solve with comming here. Many thanks.
