Hello,
We are using the WPML plugin to offer our website in English and Spanish.
It seems that everything works fine but we have a problem with the Home page. As you can see, the Spanish version, the main version, is working fine, with a presentation slider.

We have duplicated the same page for the English version, translating the slides, but instead of the slider, it is showing a different thing:

Why? How can we fix it?

Hi,
I would like to have all accordions collapsed. Please let me knwo how to do that? Now, I do not have any active section assigned but the first accordion is active.
I would like to have them closed all at first view.
Could you help me with it?

Hi,

I use baby shared hosting from Hostgator. I just install the theme and I see following error from the system status bar:

WP memory limit: 40 MB - We recommend setting memory to at least 64MB

PHP Time Limit: 30 - Raccomended value is at least 120

PHP Max Input Vars: 1000 - Raccomended value is at least 3000.

I contact the Hostgator support and they send me this link:

http://support.hostgator.com/articles/cpanel/php-settings-that-cannot-be-changed

So what should I do now? Do I need to buy dedicated server in order this theme to work correctly?

I've just purchased the them and installed the demo content. None of the menus or navigation links appear correctly, but in-page content does. I have upgraded the site to the latest version and re-installed the demo content. I still have the same issue with text not appearing correctly (as per the demo site).

I've also cleared all cache items and browser history etc.

Hello,

When I activate the Uncode theme after a clean install of WP4.3.1 I get a HTTP 500 error in wp-admin.

In the root I get
'Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION, expecting ')' in /var/sites/t/t.graphicmill.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/uncode/partials/headers.php on line 169'

Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

I use counter box and I need to change Englisch words into another one. Is this possible somwhere in the dashboard or I need some special customization?

I just added a video header to my website through vimeo embed and noticed that the video does not display on mobile. I double checked the Uncode video header page (http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/features/header-video/) and it also does not display on my phone. I had no problems viewing the video on desktop at any size. I am using an HTC ONE Android phone if that helps. Thanks!

I have about a 20px high space between my header and the text block at http://www2.nxbar.com When I remove the Layer Slider and use a different header it is not there. I have tried changing the height of the slider, but that did not work.

Please help. Thank you in advance.

Hi guys, I love workign with this theme. I feel some of the best element are in the design of Lateral.
Thing 1: I'm having trouble recreating the blog post section of Lateral (centered posts instead of left alligned)
..and also using new fonts,
Thing 2: I've added new fonts and they work great, but for the heading i wanted to adjust the font spacing to 0.2. I created this in the "custom letter spacing" but once you create that, how do you attach that rule to the header font?

Website is not active, but I don't think you need it. If access is required I can give you details.

Hi there!

After your latest update the colors, icons and some fonts in my websites have changed. For example the fonts and colors in the navigations and the colors of the background. In the theme options nothings has changed.

When I activate the child-themes, it looks like it should be. But I didn't make any changes in the child-themes yet...

After today update, the dashboard operation is soooo slow. I need to wait 5-8 seconds after every click to get the response form the system.
Do You think this is some server problem or so?

Yestarday I do not have such a jams :)

Hello,

When I try to upload the new theme it gets to 100% uploaded and then this message.

"Are you sure you want to do this?

Please try again."

Any ideas?

I currently have studiofolio as my theme, not sure if that would make any difference?

Hi guys,
Your documentation referes menu transparency for Basic and Content Block headers. Basic works fine. However I couldn't find anywhere the option to choose between dark or light scheme for Content Block header.

Any help?

1. I have a main menu, but one of the pages ("formacion") has a drop down menu. My problem is that when there is a submenu, the main link "formation" doesn't link to its page, one links in the drop down work.

I just purchased uncode from themeforest.net and loaded the demo content. It says it comes with many different templates. I want to load the “Classic Agency” template but I can’t figure out how.

Is this a template or how does it work?
