Add a websafe font

Hi,

I want to add the font that is not from Google Fonts or any 3rd Party, like Helvetica. I couldn't find an option in Font Sources or the file (libs/inc/scripts.php), mentioned in other threads.

Navigation

Hello,

I've researched the forums and documentation and could not find this. I am working on studioles.nyc.

Basically, I am trying to make the menu/pages in the navigation show up on the homepage rather then separate pages. For example, if I click "Studio Specs" I'd like the site to just scroll down automatically to that section. This theme is a good example of what I am trying to achieve - http://www.highgradelab.com/shore-full-screen-slider/. If you scroll down on this theme, the navigation will appear in the header, if you click on any of the menu's, it automatically scrolls down to that section.

I've tried different methods and cannot seem to get this to work. Is this not a standard feature wit this theme? Is this something that has to be custom coded to achieve with the Uncode theme?

One page blog link

I'm trying to create a one-page theme with the left side menu as in the "Classic Studio" design.

Everything works fine except when I go to a post, I'm not able to use the navigation menu anymore unless I click on the logo to go back to the main page.

So, how do I make a blog page as well as be able to use the menu on single post views on the one-page design.

Could you just provide me with a link to the documentation on creating the one-page? I'm not seeing where the "Welcome" section get's edited at either. It's not on the page for it. So, I'm guessing it's some kind of content block or something, someplace. Not seeing where it is though and not finding good documentation on it.

Struggling with demo import

Hi Guys,
I have been struggling with the demo import for a day now.
Find attached a link to my server settings via your welcome page. Everything is set in excess of your requirements as far as I can see. I have also read through the other posts but cannot find much. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place. (Apologies)

other symptoms include:
- inability to import singular page.
- inability to import all

I have tried:
- Increasing php timeout.

Opening page-front page-index

Can I change my "Front page" to page of my choice?

Using Uncode Child with all the demos loaded, my opening page (Front page) always goes to is "Index" page. Renaming does not help. Maybe post .php in wp-admin needs a revision to open a particular page of choice...
I read that using Child theme is a good practice to avoid update problems of the theme. Does that make sense or this is a bad practice and should be avoided? Should I configure WordPress and the Uncode theme differently?
It appears that I am missing some basic understanding how the Uncode works. Alas!

Cannot get Demo to import

We get this message when attempting to Import "All" or "Singles":

Unknown error: Check if some content it's been imported among your Media, in this case make sure that your server meet the requirements in the Welcome page. Otherwise contact our support or import manually the XML file.

Our welcome page shows nothing in red and the media files appear to be there but no pages or posts.

Please advise.

Hi there,

I'm working on a localhost environment (MAMP) on Mac OS X. I tried to install the "classic agency" page but it's not working. I made sure all my server requirements are green except for max upload size which is at 2gb right now. I am using Uncode v1.0.4

Portolio Custom Fields not showing up in post

Hello Again!
It looks like the Custom Fields in my portfolio posts aren't showing up in the side bar (right side). I downloaded the Sidebar Stack Full-Width demo page and just populated it with my work and updated some copy and changed the text in the custom fields, hit update and then updated the page. It appears that nothing shows up under the social icons (also, where do i change those?). Do I need to go into the loop file and add things?

Contact Form 7 Issue.

Hi, after I import demo content, the contact form wont display, I get the error “[contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]” so I went into CF7, duplicated the current contact form then applied that, and it showed up, but its not styled nicely. Any ideas on this bug?

Id like to have one of these banners in the middle of a page, how can I re-create this? Any ideas? Best to just copy the html and enter it as a html element?

Text on slides disappear on mobiles

Studiofolio Version: 3.1.9

Hi Support,

we have explore a strange problem, the caption text on the home slides, disappear on mobiles.
We have tested with iPhone, iPod, S5 and Nexus 7 tablet. On Safari, Chrome and Firefox app, nowhere the caption text displays.

Only on desktop it works - if we downsize the window on desktop to mobile width, it's okay!

So we are confused at the moment :D

Do you have an indea, whats wrong?

Hey guys,

I've reached out over comments where I was directed here.. I was asking if the sliders were supposed to import with the "import all" function as none of the pages have header sliders. I was assuming that the sliders were built using the slider plugins that were included in the theme but then I was told on the comment system that "We have most of the sliders with our own slide system, just 2 pages has Layer Slider and Revolution Slider.".

SO, does that mean that the header slider on the "Classic Agency" page ("WE CREATE THE WEB...") is your own slide system or is that a Layerslider or Revolution Slider, and is that slide supposed to have imported when I ran the "import all"?

I just want to be sure I understand everything and more specifically, I want to use the slides from the demo in particular.

Customized header with vertical menu

Hi,

I have a vertical menu and I'm trying to customize the menu bar at the top of my page (where there is the menu button). I removed the logo but instead I would like to add a language chooser widget (or even just text EN/FR to switch languages). Is it possible ?

Demo import created double menu entries

I just installed the uncode theme (version 1.0.4) on a fresh Wordpress install (version 4.3.1) without any issues on a managed Wordpress host (lightningbase.com). I'm using the child theme even though nothing has been modified. Only the recommended plugins are installed, except WooCommerce which I don't need.

I'm experiencing 3 issues with the demo content (which I have NOT modified in any way):

1) The main menu bar has everything twice (HOME, HOME, PAGES, PAGES, FEATURES, FEATURES, etc). You can see this at http://nrwadvisorscom.lightningbasehosted.com/

2) All of the links in the "HOME" menu drop down link to undsgn.com, not to my website. The other menu options (PAGES, FEATURES, etc) work correctly. You can also see this at http://nrwadvisorscom.lightningbasehosted.com/

3) On some pages, the main menu links turn white on a white background when you scroll to the top of the page making them invisible. They're dark and visible when you scroll down, however. You can see an example at http://nrwadvisorscom.lightningbasehosted.com/blog/blog-full-width-grid/

Again, I have not modified anything since the install and import of the demo content. I've searched the support forum and looked through the WP and theme settings to see if it's something obvious, but I can't find anything wrong.

Love the theme, just need to get it working (c;
