Hi David,
Firstly, this is a very well built theme – I'm really please I chose it. After a few hours of working in it, I have a few things I'd like your assistance/feedback on. Thanks in advance and apologies if I'm asking things answered elsewhere – please provide a link if so.
Here's my work in progress site http://sixtwo.com.au/staging/six2/
1) I have designed an isotope packery grid that I'm really happy with, after quite a bit of trial & error. When the gap is set to zero, it works well with no scaling issues. However, I think I'd like to have a 1px gap and when I implement that change, it breaks at several viewport sizes. If implement the 0.5x or 1x gap it completely breaks. Any advice before I start hacking it via CSS?
2) I find the 'white space' (i'm not sure if this is padding or margin) around the content on mobile too big – is there a way I can reduce this without implementing my own media queries? Further, I think the default padding on the footer at mobile size is huge and I'd like to change it.
3) I love how the menu is working on mobile and I'd like to keep this at all viewport sizes, with the burger icon and content sliding down to make room for the menu options. I know this has been asked before, but the last post I could find was from 2013 and I wonder if it's been implemented yet? I'm happy to hack this, but would prefer not to if possible.
Thanks in advance,
Adam
