Demo import created double menu entries

I just installed the uncode theme (version 1.0.4) on a fresh Wordpress install (version 4.3.1) without any issues on a managed Wordpress host (lightningbase.com). I'm using the child theme even though nothing has been modified. Only the recommended plugins are installed, except WooCommerce which I don't need.

I'm experiencing 3 issues with the demo content (which I have NOT modified in any way):

1) The main menu bar has everything twice (HOME, HOME, PAGES, PAGES, FEATURES, FEATURES, etc). You can see this at http://nrwadvisorscom.lightningbasehosted.com/

2) All of the links in the "HOME" menu drop down link to undsgn.com, not to my website. The other menu options (PAGES, FEATURES, etc) work correctly. You can also see this at http://nrwadvisorscom.lightningbasehosted.com/

3) On some pages, the main menu links turn white on a white background when you scroll to the top of the page making them invisible. They're dark and visible when you scroll down, however. You can see an example at http://nrwadvisorscom.lightningbasehosted.com/blog/blog-full-width-grid/

Again, I have not modified anything since the install and import of the demo content. I've searched the support forum and looked through the WP and theme settings to see if it's something obvious, but I can't find anything wrong.
