How to fix "Are you sure you want to do this"?

Hello, I have a problem with installation of Uncode theme on worldpress. At the end of the upload appeared the notification "Are you sure you want to do this?" and "try again" under.
I upload the .zip file contain only the theme file.
How can I fix this problem?
