I see from a similar question ('top level menu link'; March 2013) that I think you would call it 'Parent' pages and 'Child' pages. Is a Portfolio page always a top level page with Pages below it ?
Do you have a glossary or diagram of how Portfolio, Pages, and Posts relate to each other ?

what Portfolio or Page would I start with ? I've tried comparing the names on the examples website and the Visual Composer, but can't find matching pairs.
