I have uploaded the theme via FTP and increased all of the server settings to the specified requirement but the theme will not install onto Wordpress. It keeps returning the following error:

Hi,
I've just installed this great theme. But as soon as I activate the Visual Composer plugin, each of its image in the admin (http://mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=vc-welcome) are going mad and I get a grey picture instead saying something like "don't touch images".
Did I do something wrong doing the installation ?

Hi, I'm noticing both my portfolio and the gallery on my front page have the same sort of spacing problem. The last line is creating a "hole" in my lineup of portfolio items. I haven't changed the coding or altered the order. This wasn't an issue until recently.

Hi,

I am using WordPress through 1and1 and am having trouble locating where to enter the codes to increase the recommended limits for Uncode. I have followed the links provided but still cannot figure out how to update them. I am not sure where the file is to update the codes. I am also asking 1and1 to see if they can help. Let me know if you need any other information.

Hi!
I just bought the theme and am starting to get the hang of it. However, I can't figure out how to set different logos for different color themes. Like your demo for Creative Freelance, the logo starts in white and changes to black when scrolling.

I am looking to have my latest tweet displayed as shown on the ‘Quotes Carousel’ page. I want my latest tweet to be shown and update automatically without having to manually embed my latest tweet. I think it is probably not possible without a plugin. Cheers.

Well...another update failure.

I followed the instructions as per Envato message on the Theme Page, and as posted here, and my content on the front page is gone, and the map on my contact page has now not showing.

Hi undsgn,

1.) where can I change font sizes generally? I've been digging in admin panel for a while and couldn't find it. I also added custom font sizes in Typography section of admin panel but do not really see where I can apply that. I would expect that in Customization part of admin panel but nothings there.

2.) with future updates can I expect any significant improvement in speed within the admin panel after pressing SAVE button? After I press SAVE, I sometimes wait almost half a minute to get it refreshed. I have a few other WP templates and the response it's something quite different. Not only responses within admin panel, but also loading time of site. I am sure this template has a great potential to be one of the best but the speed matter is I believe crucial part of UX. So far, my UX as a template buyer is not especially warm as waiting after pressing SAVE result in more grey hair.

How do I set the background color of the menu on these pages to transparent or even a dark background?

Also, how can you set a different layout menu for a specific page? I have already set a menu.

We chose to use posts to display our VIDEO items - so each POST has it's unique content. However after I added some rows - it seems like the "Selected Medias" function doesn't work after a ROW is added through the Visual Composer.

If I remove all rows, and just use TEXT in basic editor - the video appears without issue.

Please advise.

For all of you that still have the problem with the demo import check the following:

- Uncode theme has to be at least v 1.0.2
- Uncode Core plugin has to be at least v 1.0.1
- Activate all the plugins in the 'Uncode > Install Plugins' section
- Make sure all the requirements in 'Uncode > Welcome' are green
- Run the IMPORT
- If still fails open the file inside 'wp-content/plugins/uncode-core/vc_extend/init.php and comment out line 10 'vc_editor_set_post_types( $list );'
- Run the IMPORT again
- If it still fails please send us an email to info@undsgn.com with our WP and FTP credentials we will look into it.

Please post here a feedback about the procedure and what you think it could have helped for your installation.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience but since the demo data is quite big it's a bit challenging to adjust it for any type of server performance out there. We will get there anyway thanks also to your help.
